Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service role preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; friendly and outgoing personality; flexibility to work weekends and holidays; self-motivated and capable of independent work
