Position: Barista job
About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is looking to hire a Barista/Server to take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant’s food and drinks, make coffee as ordered, take payment, communicate orders with the kitchen staff, help with customer service and cleaning. The ideal candidate will serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner, provide information to assist with food and beverage selections, present ordered choices promptly, maintain a positive ambiance, and adhere to safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred; ability to communicate effectively with patrons and kitchen staff; knowledge of POS systems and payment processing; attention to detail and cleanliness; adherence to safety and sanitation policies
