Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; third wave coffee experience; minimum 2 years barista experience; hospitality experience preferred; strong passion for quality and customer experience; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events; positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
