Position: Barista job

The Brewistas of our Brew Crew play a pivotal role in executing this mission daily, reporting to their stand management team and shift leaders. They treat every interaction as an opportunity to uplift others, be it customers, teammates, or vendors. Brewistas are responsible for preparing delicious drinks, taking orders, engaging with customers, cleaning, and restocking during their shifts. They are compensated at $11.20 per hour (plus tips).
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to converse with customers, handle payments, and prepare drinks efficiently; strong customer service skills; familiarity with menu and drink customizations; excellent time management and organizational abilities; physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods, lift up to 50lbs, and work in various weather conditions; proficiency in ladder use and utility knife safety
