Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1-2 years experience in Food & Beverage; previous Barista training and experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas desirable; flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday shifts; strong oral presentation skills; ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately; proficiency in English language; problem-solving skills; ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long hours.
