Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Barista preferred; strong knowledge of coffee and tea; friendly, dedicated, and creative with exceptional guest service skills; ability to engage guests and work in a team environment; commitment to values of Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, and Honesty (FROTH); ability to perform physical tasks and work in various environmental conditions
