Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; customer service experience preferred; knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control preferred; completion and certification in the Starbucks Barista Basics Training required within 30 days of start date; presents self professionally with honesty and integrity; ability to be positive and communicate effectively with co-workers, staff, and customers; quick learner with multitasking abilities; computer proficiency
