About: Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Barista to be part of their team in the vibrant city of Nashville, known for its creative spirit and southern hospitality. The property features a luxury spa, rooftop pool deck, and Mimo Restaurant and Bar, offering unobstructed downtown panoramic views.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage; previous Barista training and experience preferred; thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment; ability to lift up to 50lbs; strong oral presentation skills; flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holiday shifts; strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations; proficiency in the English language
