Requirements: Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role; Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques, and espresso-based drinks; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team; Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service; Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; Ability to stand for extended periods of time
