Requirements: Required experience, skills, and abilities: Food service experience strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience preferred; experience in retail, grocery, natural products preferred; ability to work cooperatively in a team and independently; adaptable to evolving co-op needs; detail-oriented; ability to follow task checklists and instructions fully; flexible availability for varied shifts and weekends; ability to lift and carry heavy items; physical agility for standing, bending, lifting, and exposure to different temperatures; ability to climb stairs multiple times per day.
