About: Crafty Baristas are the face of our Cafe Program, operating the client cafe service on a daily basis. This role is high-energy, ideal for those who enjoy working with people in a cafe setting. Crafty’s mission is to help companies craft better workplaces by providing services and technology for a modern food & beverage program. Requirements: 1+ years barista experience with a full espresso bar; hospitality experience prioritizing customer service; strong customer service skills; punctual and reliable; ability to adapt to an unpredictable cafe environment; effective prioritization skills; morning person with early shift availability; social energy to build relationships; respect and care for coworkers; consistent communication skills; strong attention to detail; ability to lift up to 15+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
