Position: Barista job
About: Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing artisanal bakery located in Alexandria, Virginia, known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. With seven retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business, Fresh Baguette serves coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day.
Requirements: Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings, afternoons; Availability to work on Holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.; Physical exertion requirement to perform heavy work (such as frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds); Strong communication skills; Reliable transportation to work; Ability to stand for 8 hours; Experience working as a barista is a plus
