Requirements: No previous experience required; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Meet store operating standards including quality service, cash handling, and safety; Engage with customers, prepare beverages to standard recipes, and multitask effectively; Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, work in a team, build relationships, and communicate effectively.
