Position: Barista job
About: The iconic Asher Adams Hotel, part of the Autograph Collection, is an adaptive reuse of the historic Union Pacific Depot. It features a new 8-story, 212-key structure along with an additional 13 keys in the renovated Depot, totaling 225 keys. This full-service luxury hotel marks a unique addition to the Salt Lake City hospitality market, designated by the Historic Landmark Commission for its cultural significance and distinctive appearance. Situated across from the Delta Center, the home of the NBA’s Utah Jazz, the property hosts over 150 events annually in its 18,000-person arena.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment; familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful; excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area; ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques; prior cash handling experience; minimum age requirement of 21 years due to alcohol sales compliance with Utah state law
