Position: Barista job
About: Asher Adams, an Autograph Collection Hotel, located in the historic Union Pacific Depot and home to a new 8-story, 212-key infrastructure alongside 13 keys in the renovated Depot, totaling 225 keys. This full-service luxury hotel is a unique addition to the Salt Lake City market, designated as a Historic Landmark for its cultural significance and incredible appearance, conveniently situated across from the Delta Center. Davidson Hospitality Group manages a variety of hospitality venues in the US, partnering with reputable hotel brands like Hilton and Marriott.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred; Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment; Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful; Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays; Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques; Prior cash handling experience; Minimum age requirement 21 years old (in compliance with Utah state law due to alcohol sales)
