Position: Barista job
About: Gregorys Coffee was founded in 2006 with an ambitious spirit to see coffee differently. We source and roast our coffee beans, produce all of our pastries in-house, and take pride in serving specialty coffee to a diverse group of customers, known to us as our Gregulars. Our baristas are the heart and soul of Gregorys, and we are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who share our passion for specialty coffee and customer service.
Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employees are required to complete any and all training material provided to ensure a full understanding of our menu and deliver excellent customer service. Employees are regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as reaching, kneeling, and climbing (stairs to storage areas). Employees are also required to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (Coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.)
