Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred; strong social skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting
