Position: Barista job
About: The Zinnia Cafe in the Holbrook community is seeking a dedicated Barista to provide residents and guests with exceptional beverage and retail experiences. The Barista plays a vital role in maintaining Zinnia’s service and store standards, supporting the Lead Barista and the Food and Beverage Service Manager in daily operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; some customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting; knowledge of food preparation and health standards preferred; ServSafe certification a strong plus. Excellent communication skills; proficiency in using kitchen equipment; ability to interact professionally with others; strong problem-solving and time management skills; team player mentality; customer-oriented; reliable and hardworking; able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
