Position: Barista job
About: To ensure all guests are greeted and served in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures. The role involves opening and closing procedures, serving food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness, greeting guests, informing about specials, familiarization with the menu and daily specials, organizing and stocking areas, completing assigned side work, and other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor. Specific essential functions include responding to tasks assigned by the manager, assisting guests in finding hotel areas, understanding parking validation procedures, ensuring safety and security compliance, maintaining a professional appearance, fostering positive relationships with team members, and contributing to organizational efficiency and quality standards. Physical requirements involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and repetitive motions. Required tools and equipment include a point of sale system, printer, telephone, and standard barista equipment.
Requirements: Prior experience preferred; Excellent customer service skills
