Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and/or related experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; flexible and long hours sometimes required; able to stand during entire shift; effective communication skills; attentive, friendly, and service-oriented approach to interactions with guests and colleagues; ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; willingness to attend all required meetings and trainings; demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
