About: The Wolfgang Puck Group, a renowned restaurant, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Barista to join their team. The Barista will play a crucial role in promoting coffee consumption by preparing a variety of coffee drinks, pastries, and cookies while maintaining a high standard of guest service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Requirements: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage barista experience; Excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time; Open availability; Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; Highly responsible & reliable; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work cohesively with team members; Effective communication skills; Service-oriented mindset; Professional presentation and positive attitude
