Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred; strong social skills and ability to meet new people; ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment; quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and learn new skills; basic math skills for cash handling; strong teamwork and cooperation skills
