Position: Barista job

Brewistas report to their stand management team and the shift leader(s) on their shift. A Brewista treats every interaction with others as an opportunity to build them up – whether they be our customers, teammates, or vendors. A Brewista makes delicious drinks, takes orders, loves on our customers, cleans, and stocks during every shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a coffee shop or customer service setting preferred; ability to work early mornings and late nights, including weekends and holidays; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, work on feet for extended periods, and perform various physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing; familiarity with drink preparation and customer service best practices; strong attention to cleanliness and organization; knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
