The Brewistas of our Brew Crew play a crucial role in executing this mission on a daily basis, reporting to their stand management team and shift leaders. They focus on building up others through interactions with customers, teammates, and vendors, while also excelling in drink preparation, order taking, customer service, cleaning, and stocking during shifts.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to converse with customers, accurately input orders, and handle payments; experience in handling hot beverages and food items; physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, work on feet for extended periods, and perform various tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and interacting with customers; flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
