About: Loft Café Associate position at the Loft department, offering a part-time, hourly role under the immediate supervision of the Loft Community Manager. The role involves promoting the Loft Café and EpiFUEL Bar Menu while providing exceptional customer service in a cafe and smoothie bar setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a cafe or similar environment; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques; Ability to take orders accurately and efficiently; Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations; Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time; Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends; Ability to operate cash registers and other Point of Sale systems; Knowledge of food and beverage menu items; Ability to prepare various types of smoothies and other drinks; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
