Position: Barista job
About: Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing artisanal bakery located in Bethesda, MD, known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. With seven retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business, Fresh Baguette serves a variety of establishments with fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by French bakeries.
Requirements: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; Must have open availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, mornings, and afternoons; Availability to work on Holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas; Physical exertion requirement to perform heavy work (such as frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds); Strong communication skills; Reliable transportation to work; Ability to stand for 8 hours; Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a barista or in food service is required; Experience in a shift lead or higher is preferred
