Position: Barista job
About: Ashbourne Farms, a renowned agricultural establishment with a rich history focusing on responsibly raised animals, sustainably grown produce, and exceptional care for the land, expanded to include Haymarket in 2023. Haymarket offers a diverse range of freshly harvested produce, artisan bread, pasture-raised meats, coffee, and prepared foods, aiming to elevate daily meal experiences and contribute to Kentucky’s culinary scene.
Requirements: Previous Barista experience preferred; High energy and enthusiastic about Haymarket products and company values; Ability to follow recipes, troubleshoot, examine product quality, and communicate effectively; Basic math skills; Strong communication and teamwork abilities; Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Flexible to work weekends and varying hours; Capable of lifting 50 pounds; Able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours
