Position: Barista job
About: The Cafe is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages while ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a barista or in a similar role; knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques; ability to compute basic mathematical calculations; well-organized with the ability to maintain concentration and provide service to multiple guests efficiently; excellent communication skills in English; physical ability to endure abundant movements throughout the workday and lift up to 25 pounds; familiarity with Point of Sale (P.O.S) system for transactions.
