Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; 2+ years of experience in coffee industry; Strong knowledge of coffee origins, flavors, and brewing techniques; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Attention to detail and cleanliness; Health department license or certification required as per local regulations; Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and maintain reliability; Willingness to learn and adapt to changes; Ability to multitask effectively;
