Position: Barista job

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent preferred; related experience in a hotel or related field preferred; ability to work flexible and long hours; able to stand during entire shift; excellent verbal and written communication skills; attentive, friendly, and courteous demeanor; high standards of personal appearance and grooming; must comply with hotel standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations; ability to anticipate and meet guest needs; willingness to cross-train in other hotel-related areas; maintain confidentiality and show initiative in duties; attend required meetings and trainings; ability to understand and apply complex information; maximize productivity and assist in implementing solutions
