Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Barista specializing in local and responsibly sourced coffee; adept at dialing in espresso grinder adjustments and shot extraction parameters; knowledge of regional coffee sourcing and techniques; ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic restaurant setting; passion for continuous learning and innovation in food and beverage industry
