Requirements: Previous experience preparing coffee and specialty beverages with knowledge of various brewing techniques and equipment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment; Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation
