Requirements: 1+ years barista experience working with a full espresso bar; Hospitality experience prioritizing customer satisfaction; Customer service skills for resolving challenges promptly; Punctuality and reliability; Adaptability to less traditional cafe environments; Prioritization abilities for short-term and long-term tasks; Morning person available for early shifts; Ability to frequently lift up to 15+ lbs and perform physical tasks
