About: As a Luxury Cafe Barista at Scholar Hotels, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality specialty coffees and teas, preparing delicious pastries, and providing exemplary customer service in a refined and elegant environment.
Requirements: Previous experience as a barista in a high-end cafe or luxury hotel environment preferred; Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail; Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences; Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the luxury standards of our hotel; Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel’s needs
