Requirements: High school diploma or relevant training with relevant experience, a plus; minimum 1-2 years of customer service and Barista experience; experience with cash management, a plus; possess excellent customer service skills and present self in a friendly, service-oriented manner; ability to work well with others or independently; possess a good memory; ability to work well with hands; knowledge of sanitation regulations desired; a collaborative and flexible style with a strong service mentality; able to work well under pressure; excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for the company’s mission and values; must pass a pre-employment reference screen and background check; proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
