Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a related field preferred; Coffee Shop experience preferred but not required. Physical requirements: Flexible schedule, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, stand during entire shift, and maneuver within Solare Cafe; Effective communication skills, ability to multitask, attend meetings and trainings, maintain high standards of personal appearance, comply with company standards and regulations, handle problems effectively, maintain confidentiality, show initiative, cross-train in other areas, maintain friendly demeanor at all times.
