Position: Barista job
About: Sweet Nel’s is a charming coffee shop that prides itself on providing exceptional experiences for its customers through delicious coffee, espresso, and organic ice cream. The barista role at Sweet Nel’s involves creating a welcoming environment both in front of and behind the counter, ensuring each customer interaction is memorable and enjoyable. This position will also involve responsibility for opening and closing the store on designated days each week.
Requirements: Prior experience as a server/barista in a bakery preferred; ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, twist and lift up to 25lbs; ability to read, speak, and understand English; availability to open and close the store on specific days of the week is required. Day availability is preferred.
