Position: Barista job
About: As a Barista at our establishment, you will prepare and service beverages and pastries for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. This fast-paced role requires a strong understanding of traditional bartending and coffee and tea preparation, as well as the ability to provide personalized service to each guest. We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality who can maintain composure in stressful situations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in bartending, coffee, or tea preparation preferred; strong understanding of traditional bartending techniques; ability to maintain composure in fast-paced and stressful situations; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects up to 10 pounds without assistance; reliable transportation and consistent attendance policy adherence
