Position: Barista job
About: Elmhurst Hospital is seeking a Starbucks Barista to join their team. This position will focus on creating the Starbucks experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment. The Barista will handle customer orders, operate the POS system, prepare food, and assist with food service duties.
Requirements: High School Degree or in progress of obtaining; 1 year coffee shop experience preferred; excellent communication skills; basic math skills; detail-oriented; ability to learn quickly and follow instructions; team player qualities; positive and approachable demeanor; customer service skills and knowledge; successful completion of a Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of start date required.
