Position: Barista job
About: Arva Corp is seeking a dedicated Barista to join their team, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, preparing, and serving hot and cold beverages in a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements: 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant or café setting; positive, engaging, and energetic personality; able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision; very high attention to detail; sensitive to cultural nuances; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; excellent people skills and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies; ability to stand for extended periods of time; multi-lingual is a plus
