Requirements: Excels in positive, professional, and friendly communication; Ability to focus on customer satisfaction; Practices basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages; Efficient and well-organized; Ability to create and foster positive relationships with customers and team members; Takes pride in maintaining a clean working environment; Ability to self-manage during downtimes with little or no direction
