About: With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, The Human Bean opened its first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland, Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee and espresso grew, leading to expansion into surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean is known for friendly and experienced baristas, as well as offering the highest quality ingredients.
Requirements: Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required; exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene; ability to work flexible hours; an outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
