About: The AC Portland Downtown is seeking a Part-Time Barista to join our team in serving guests with creativity and passion. Requirements: Education/Formal Training: High school education or equivalent experience; Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred; Knowledge/Skills: Must have excellent customer service skills; Physical Demands: Must be able to hear timers and coordinate with other baristas, check food quality, interact with guests positively, use the cash register accurately, work independently, lift product cases up to 70 lbs, push and pull carts, and stand continuously; Environment: Physically strenuous – prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the entire shift in an indoor environment.
