About: A barista at A&L Staffing is a professional responsible for making and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. They take customer orders and payments, as well as maintain cleanliness in their work areas, seating spaces, and equipment/tools.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a barista is preferred; strong knowledge of coffee and other beverages; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
