Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of barista experience; experience in front of house roles preferred; passionate about hospitality and industry trends; able to create quality beverages and provide exceptional customer experience; adaptable to company culture; positive, collaborative, and efficient work approach; flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and events
