Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred; strong work ethic and ability to follow established standards and recipes; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively; detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness in the work area; ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
