Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; related experience in a hotel or a related field preferred; ability to work flexible and long hours occasionally; capable of light physical work; excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming; able to anticipate guest or operational needs; willing to cross-train in other hotel-related areas; maintain confidentiality; attend required meetings and trainings; comply with hotel standards and regulations; maintain productivity and problem-solving skills; demonstrate initiative and provide excellent service at all times.
