Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; Previous barista experience and equipment knowledge required; Ability to meet physical demands of the position (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for up to 8 hours, operating equipment); Basic arithmetic skills and cash handling experience necessary; Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills essential; Compliance with company appearance and dress standards; High school diploma or GED preferred; Skills in latte art considered a plus
