Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred; ability to stay calm and work in a fast-paced environment; strong social skills and enjoyment of meeting new people; willingness to learn and adapt quickly; ability to follow verbal and written instructions, policies, and rules; basic math skills for handling transactions; teamwork and cooperation skills
