Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred; knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; basic math skills for cash handling; flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays; barista training or certification is a plus; excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; effective reasoning ability to interact with guests, associates, and partners, work well under pressure, and respond swiftly to emergencies; physical ability to exert force, lift, balance, and move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently, mobile for a minimum of 6 hours; work in varied weather conditions and construction environments may be necessary
